Job summary

Americans for Prosperity-North Dakota in Bismarck seeks a Regional Field Manager to recruit and mobilize grassroots leaders across the state, driving local activism and policy reform.

You will identify activists in Bismarck/Mandan, equip them with AFP training, organize events, and maintain regular contact to keep volunteers engaged and compliant with laws. Flexible schedule and travel as needed.

• Organizational ability to track multiple events and volunteers.
• Able to coordinate volunteers and collaborate with AFP staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists in Bismarck/Mandan and surrounding areas and motivate them to advocate for change.
• Equip local leaders with AFP training and resources.
• Organize events to engage the public through calls, social media, and in-person conversations.
• Keep activists motivated and educated through regular contact.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, ensuring compliance and best practices.
