Job summary

The LIBRE Initiative is seeking a Regional Field Manager to identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in the Harrisburg Tri-County area and mobilize them to drive policy reforms.

You will organize events, train volunteers, and manage part-time canvassing contractors while coordinating with LIBRE and AFP teams. A bilingual Spanish/English background and field advocacy experience are ideal for this role, with some travel across the state expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots advocacy or campaigns.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists and motivate them to advocate for change.
• Equip local leaders with LIBRE training and resources.
• Organize events to engage the public face-to-face or via media.
• Keep activists motivated, educated, and active.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors and ensure regulatory compliance.
