Job summary

The LIBRE Initiative seeks a Regional Field Manager to identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders across Southeast Wisconsin, mobilizing them to advocate for policy reforms aligned with LIBRE and Stand Together principles. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; the role involves travel across the state.

You will organize events, train volunteers, supervise canvassing contractors, and maintain ongoing communication to keep activists energized and compliant with laws.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience in grassroots advocacy or community organizing is preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple events and volunteers with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists across Southeast Wisconsin and recruit them as grassroots leaders.
• Equip leaders with LIBRE training resources and connect them to action opportunities.
• Organize events and outreach activities to engage the public face-to-face and via phone/social media.
• Supervise part-time canvassing contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them motivated and informed.
