Job summary

Stand Together, through The LIBRE Initiative, seeks a Regional Field Manager (Grassroots Engagement Director) to identify and mobilize grassroots leaders in the Harrisburg Tri-County area, driving policy reforms aligned with LIBRE principles.

You will recruit activists, equip them with LIBRE resources, organize community engagement events, and ensure ongoing motivation and training, while supervising part-time canvassing contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organization, and/or political campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists in the Harrisburg Tri-County area who could become leaders and motivate them to advocate for change.
• Equip local leaders to advocate for LIBRE principles by connecting them to LIBRE training and resources.
• Organize events to engage the public through phone calls, social media, and in-person conversations; create innovative outreach ideas.
