Responsibilities

• Provides technical administrative support to NEFA’s portfolio of regional grant programs, assists regional constituents, and helps staff execute events and initiatives.
• Implements all regional grant processes, including NEST, Crossroads: Touring New England, the New England Presenter Travel Fund, and other initiatives.
• Reports to the Program Manager, Regional Grants & Initiatives and collaborates with the Senior Program Director on program efforts.
• Works with NEFA's Technology and Data team to ensure successful grant processes in Salesforce.
• Promotes equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in NEFA’s grantmaking practices.
