New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA) is seeking a Program Officer, Theater to steward and grow our theater portfolio, including the National Theater Project. You will work with the Senior Program Director and Program Coordinator to support artists, presenters, and communities while advancing equity through grantmaking and program services.

• Administer NEFA's portfolio of theater programs and services, including the National Theater Project.
• Partner with the team to manage community partnerships and support program growth.
• Coordinate with NEFA's communications team to produce and publish content for website, social media and other platforms.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for department activities and events.
