Texas Democratic Party in Texas is seeking a Regional GOTV Director to lead a team of GOTV Organizers across the region for the Texas Together 2026 Coordinated Campaign. You will coach organizers, manage day-to-day needs, and coordinate with in-region staff to scale voter contact efforts.

The role runs Aug 17, 2026 to Nov 15, 2026, full-time and exempt. Expect long days and a six-day workweek at peak, with health and other stipends included.

• 4+ months experience managing a team.
• 2 campaign cycles experience.
• Commitment to Texas Democrats and values.
• Strong task and time management skills.
• Experience planning, setting up, and staffing events.
• Volunteer management or teambuilding experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of GOTV Organizers through weekly one-on-ones and coaching.
• Coordinate with in-region counterparts and coordinated campaign staff.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability amid fast pace.
• Maintain strong communication structures (daily check-ins, team chats, reporting).
• Share campaign priorities and strategic shifts with the team.
• Oversee staging location selection, equipment, staffing and readiness.
• Troubleshoot issues to keep organizing programs running smoothly.
• Collect, analyze, and report regional metrics during GOTV.
• Ensure regional leadership has day-to-day insights into needs on the ground.
