Job summary

The Texas Democratic Party seeks Regional GOTV Directors to join the Texas Together 2026 Coordinated Campaign, overseeing GOTV Organizers and delivering a region-wide voter contact operation.

You will coach, troubleshoot, and report on regional metrics, with a heavy schedule Aug–Nov 2026 and a 6-day workweek at peak, reflecting the campaign’s intensity.

This full-time role offers a monthly $6,000 pay plus a $500 stipend and comprehensive benefits, with union representation through IBEW Local 220.

Qualifications

• At least 4 months experience managing a team.
• At least 2 cycles of experience on a campaign.
• Access to a reliable car and driver's license.
• Strong mastery of computer systems like Google Suite, Excel, and online databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of GOTV Organizers through weekly one-on-ones, coaching, feedback, etc.
• Partner with in-region counterparts to align efforts with other departments and the coordinated campaign.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, learning, and support amidst the fast pace of the campaign.
• Support and hold organizers accountable for meeting voter contact, volunteer recruitment, and leadership goals.
• Maintain strong communication structures, including daily check-ins and reporting channels.
