Job summary

Texas Democratic Party in Plano, TX is hiring a Regional GOTV Director to lead a team of GOTV Organizers across the region for the Texas Together 2026 coordinated campaign. You will coach, supervise, and troubleshoot to ensure high-quality field operations and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of GOTV Organizers through weekly one-on-ones, coaching, feedback, etc.
• Coordinate in-region with other departments and coordinated campaign counterparts to align efforts
• Build a culture of collaboration and accountability within a fast-paced campaign
• Maintain strong communication structures: daily check-ins, team chats, reporting channels
• Share campaign priorities and plans to ensure organizers understand how their work contributes to goals
• Drive staging location selection and logistics for GOTV operations
• Troubleshoot challenges to keep organizing programs running smoothly
• Manage reporting: collect, analyze, and communicate regional metrics
