Job summary

GreatLIFE Golf seeks a Regional General Manager to oversee 11 courses across KS and MO, based in Lenexa, KS. Travel about 20% is required. You will lead operations, budgeting, and guest experiences while managing on-site General Managers and driving performance across properties.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, compliance, and staff development within a dynamic golf and hospitality environment with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive management experience in golf course operations with regional oversight.
• PGA Class A Membership or CMAA certification is highly preferred.
• Advanced budgeting, P&L analysis, forecasting, and cost control skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple golf courses and country club facilities within the region.
• Standardize policies, maintenance programs, and safety guidelines across properties.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and licensing requirements.
• Oversee regional procurement, vendor contracts, and negotiations.
• Develop annual budgets, capex plans, and financial forecasts for all properties.
• Collaborate on marketing plans, pricing strategies, and tournament sales to maximize revenue.
• Mentor on-site General Managers and support HR functions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field

PGA Class A Membership or CMAA certification
