Job summary

GreatLIFE Golf, a leading golf course ownership/management company, seeks a Regional General Manager to oversee 11 properties in the Kansas City area, based out of the Lenexa, KS corporate office. The role requires travel about 20% and offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus PTO and holiday pay.

Salary ranges from $110K to $160K annually, depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive management experience in golf course operations with regional oversight.
• PGA Class A Membership or CMAA certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations for 11 properties with strategic leadership across Kansas City, KS/MO and nearby areas.
• Standardize policies, preventive maintenance, and safety guidelines across regional properties.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws including liquor licensing and health codes.
• Manage regional procurement, vendor contracts, and negotiations.
• Travel approximately 20% to perform site visits and ensure operational excellence.
