• Strong knowledge of plant systems, dispatch, logistics, and maintenance best practices.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of production, dispatch, maintenance, customer relationships, safety, training, hiring, and financial performance within your assigned region.
• Lead and mentor Plant Managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure efficient and on time delivery of ready-mix products.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and uptime.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving complex issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Use data and technology to monitor KPIs and drive operational improvements.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites.
• Identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of SRM Concrete.
