Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Manager to lead and develop a high-performing plant team, ensuring safe, on-time concrete deliveries and exceptional customer service. You’ll manage staff, optimize routes, and collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to meet performance goals.

You will drive metrics, uphold safety standards, and contribute to budgeting and growth initiatives, in a role that shapes the operations of a nationwide network of plants.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of logistics and delivery operations.
• Excellent communication with drivers, dispatch, and customers.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with dispatch software and daily operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose and develop plant teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee daily plant operations: staffing, load planning, route optimization.
• Champion customer service by coordinating with drivers and sales teams.
• Drive performance by monitoring metrics for efficiency and service quality.
