True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for Genomics & Rare Disease to drive regional growth across the Pacific Northwest, focusing on pediatric hospitals, academic medical centers, and health systems with genomic testing solutions.

Reporting to the Regional VP, you will develop a regional business plan, analyze performance, manage forecasting in Salesforce, and serve as a trusted scientific and commercial resource to clinicians.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences (Genetics, Biology, Biochemistry, or related).
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in clinical genomics, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine.
  • Proven track record selling into pediatric hospitals or academic medical centers.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven territory management with Salesforce CRM.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and own regional strategy.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

  • Deliver engaging scientific presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to clinical audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and operations to support customer success.
  • Provide field intelligence and feedback to inform product development and market strategy.

Role Summary

The Account Executive – Genomics & Rare Disease will be responsible for driving regional growth and expanding market presence across the Pacific Northwest. This position focuses on strategic engagement with pediatric hospitals, academic medical centers, and healthcare systems, promoting advanced genomic testing solutions that enable earlier and more accurate diagnosis of rare diseases.


Reporting to the Regional Vice President, this individual will develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan, analyze sales performance, manage forecasting through CRM systems, and serve as a trusted scientific and commercial resource to clients.
