Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in generator maintenance and repair (diesel, propane, natural gas).
• Experience with generator controller software and licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel and natural gas generators, including ATS, control panels, fuel, cooling, exhaust, and batteries.
• Conduct operational testing including monthly load transfer tests, annual load testing, and three-year duration testing per NFPA 110 & JLL standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve generator system issues including electrical, mechanical, and control faults.
• Maintain CMMS records for maintenance, inspections, test results and corrective actions.
