Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions seeks a Regional General Manager for the Atlanta area to lead operations, sales and administrative teams, driving growth and efficiency. You will coordinate with the corporate office to align budgets, profitability and strategic initiatives while maintaining a strong safety culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in operations and financial management within construction/manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project or Construction Management or related degree.
• 7+ years of general operations management experience, preferably in construction/manufacturing.
• 7+ years of financial responsibility including job costing and P&L for a unit.
• Strong skills in organizational development, budgeting and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional office operations, sales and admin staff and set short/long-term goals.
• Promote MEI's safety culture through training and leadership collaboration with EH&S.
• Manage regional financials including budgeting, AR/AP, job costing, assets and profitability.
• Coach and mentor sales and operations leaders and participate in client bids/estimates.
