Job summary

Reading Truck Group seeks a Regional General Manager to oversee multiple sites with full P&L responsibility. You will direct day-to-day functions across sales, manufacturing, finance, planning & logistics, quality & technology, HR and engineering, while leading a high-performing team to drive customer satisfaction and profitability.

Collaborate with the Executive Team to set strategic direction, monitor KPIs, and push lean improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in a manufacturing/operations setting.
• P&L responsibility for multi-site operations and $15M–$50M revenue range.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction across sales, manufacturing, finance, planning & logistics, quality & technology, HR and engineering.
• Lead and develop a strong leadership team, drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Analyze sales data, set strategic direction, and optimize assets and costs to achieve profitability.
