GardaWorld Security is seeking a hands-on General Manager to drive growth, lead people, and strengthen client relationships across a multi-branch region in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will spend 70% in recruiting, financials, and client engagement, and 30% on strategic planning and team development.

The role offers a competitive salary of $110,000–$120,000 per year plus a $500 monthly auto allowance, with comprehensive benefits and travel up to 75% as needed by the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 至少10 years of progressive leadership experience with at least 5 years in contract security services.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year growth in regional revenue, profit dollars, and profit percentage.
• Improve employee engagement scores across all branches within the region.
• Achieve at least 95% client retention through regular in-person visits with key accounts.
• Recruit at least two new managers or staff members in the region each year.
• Mentor and develop at least two team members annually for internal promotion.
• Lead personal sales efforts to win new accounts and contribute to regional growth.
