Job summary

GardaWorld Cash Services is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations of the armored transportation and cash processing facility. You will supervise drivers, vault staff, and support teams, enforce DoT guidelines, and recruit/train employees. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising branch staff including drivers, vault personnel and support staff.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and lead armored and CVS employees.
• Candidate must meet DoT guidelines and state/county guard and weapons requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all branch employees including supervisors, drivers/messengers and vault staff.
• Recruit and train new employees; reward, coach and counsel staff.
• Ensure DOT guidelines and guard/weapons requirements are met.
• Assign daily routes, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and supervise vault operations.
• Fill in on armored and ATM routes when needed; lead ongoing training.
