Job summary

GardaWorld Cash Services in Durham, NC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead armored transport and cash processing operations. You will supervise drivers, vault staff, and trainers, ensuring DOT compliance and adherence to company policies while driving performance and safety across the branch.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in management within transportation or related fields, with strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to obtain a firearm license.

Qualifications

• Supervise branch employees including supervisors, drivers, and vault staff.
• Recruit and train new employees.
• Coach and counsel staff per guidelines.
• Ensure DOT guidelines and state requirements are met.
• Daily vehicle assignments and vehicle safety checks.
• Supervise vault personnel and assist as needed.
• Fill in on armored or ATM routes when required.
• Ongoing training and development of team.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
