Job summary

The Erosion Company (TEC) is seeking a General Manager to lead regional operations across multiple branches. You will drive strategic growth, oversee budgets and personnel, and strengthen customer partnerships to deliver exceptional erosion control services.

As the face of TEC in the market, you will champion safety, accountability, and operational excellence while building high-performing teams and expanding the business footprint across the region.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive leadership experience in construction services or related field.
• 5+ years of management with direct P&L responsibility for operations, personnel, and financial performance.
• Experience managing multiple locations and a distributed, multi-site footprint.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability across teams.
• Strong business acumen including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and KPI development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction across all branches within the region, including branch managers, field and administrative teams.
• Oversee operations across all branches, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Own P&L performance for the region: manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, equipment, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Champion TEC's safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and environmental requirements.
