Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a Field Manager to oversee on-site erosion control and other turnkey construction activities. You will work with operations leaders, sales, estimators, and crew leaders to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-time project delivery.

The role requires coordinating site readiness, scheduling, and paperwork while upholding safety guidelines and company policies. Travel to multiple construction sites and leadership development are key components.

Qualifications

• Maintain relationships with crew, leaders, and customer staff.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and staff.
• Balance 50% field and 50% office time for oversight.
• Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Uphold safety guidelines and company policies.
• Travel to construction sites with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction schedules and share updates with crews and office.
• Hold periodic meetings to align on safety, procedures, and time sheets.
• Ensure timesheets/worksheets are accurate for invoicing and payroll.
• Coordinate work with clients and municipal authorities as needed.
• Prepare sites for crew arrival and adjust schedules as required.
• Review equipment status and coordinate maintenance with the team.
• Develop crew leaders for future Field Manager roles.
• Lead by example to grow company profitability.
