The role emphasizes coaching teams, managing multiple sites, and driving project margins.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and field oversight, plus active participation in development and account management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily field work to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Train, coach, and discipline crews to maximize productivity.
• Ensure crews have materials and clear instructions for jobs.
• Provide on-the-job training and feedback to improve performance.
• Visit sites daily to assess quality and ensure accurate billing.
• Review work orders and monitor labor/material costs and margins.
• Develop client relationships and deliver responsive service.
• Support business development with current customers and new opportunities.
