Responsibilities

• Provides legal support and counsel to the regional leadership.
• Reviews procurement documents and drafts prime/subcontracts.
• Leads contract negotiations and documents reviews.
• Advises on transactions, programs, policies and procedures.
• Oversees litigation management and evidence gathering.
