Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience, with at least 1+ year of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in specialty, hospital, or complex selling environments is a plus.
• Exposure to complex reimbursement environments and multi-stakeholder selling models.
• Ability to travel ≥75% of time.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vyjuvek to pediatric dermatologists and other stakeholders within the assigned region to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop territory strategies for market development and brand awareness.
• Educate healthcare professionals on Vyjuvek's indication, usage, safety, and efficacy through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Prioritize time, travel, and resources to optimize access to healthcare professionals.
• Build consultative relationships and maintain professional communication with customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support access at sites of care.
• Utilize data and CRM tools to identify opportunities and guide territory execution.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan aligned with regional goals and launch objectives.
• Manage IOE budgets and promotional materials responsibly.
• Foster teamwork and proactive communication across the field organization.
• Adhere to Krystal's policies and mission in daily activities.
• Maintain CRM documentation, expense reporting, and performance reviews.
