Krystal Biotech seeks a Regional Gene Therapy Liaison (RGTL) to lead market development for Vyjuvek across assigned regions. This field-based role requires extensive travel and close collaboration with healthcare professionals, payers, and Krystal teams to advance patient access and education.

The RGTL will drive relationships with dermatology and specialty providers, deliver educational programs, and execute territory business plans within a dynamic, compliance-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience, with at least 1+ year in pharmaceutical sales.
• Exposure to complex reimbursement environments and multi-stakeholder selling models.
• Strong relationships, territory management, and performance track record.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-travel role (≥75% travel).

Aufgaben

• Execute territory strategies focused on market development and patient identification.
• Educate healthcare professionals on Vyjuvek: indication, usage, safety, and efficacy.
• Prioritize time, travel, and resources to access providers and sites of care.
• Build consultative relationships and maintain professional communications with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support access and coordination at sites of care.
• Use data and CRM tools to identify opportunities and guide territory execution.
• Develop territory business plans aligned with regional launch objectives.
• Manage IOE budgets and promotional materials responsibly.
• Attend national, regional, and local meetings as assigned.
