Echo Electric, a leader in electrical distribution, seeks a skilled leader to direct gear quotation operations across multiple sites in the Northeast. You will drive bid strategy, pricing, and profitability while ensuring timely, accurate quotations and strong customer partnerships.

Responsibilities include organizational change, leadership development, and collaboration with branch managers, sales teams, project management, customers, vendors, and manufacturers to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent switchgear/electrical distribution experience.
• Experience leading cross-site teams and complex quotations.
• Proven ability to develop pricing strategies and negotiate with manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site gear quotation operations across the Northeast Region.
• Develop go-to-market, pricing, and bid strategies to improve profitability.
• Oversee bid submissions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coach and develop managers and emerging leaders.
• Build partnerships with branch managers, sales teams, vendors, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and corporate procedures.
