Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, seeks a Northeast Region Gear Quotations Manager to lead multi-site quotation operations and drive profitable project bids. You will partner with branch leaders, sales, and customers to ensure timely, accurate gear quotations and standardized processes across locations.

You will develop pricing strategies, coach upcoming leaders, and oversee complex projects from bid strategy to order handoff, all while upholding safety and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership across multiple sites in electrical distribution or project-based environments.
• Experience owning process delivery, service levels, and financial performance in a leadership role.
• Experience with pricing strategies, vendor negotiations, and complex customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site gear quotation operations across the Northeast Region.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership for commercial activities and project execution.
• Develop go-to-market, pricing, and bid strategies to improve competitiveness and profitability.
• Oversee complex gear quotations to ensure accuracy and on-time submission.
• Lead change and centralization efforts while supporting customers and branches.
• Coach managers, coordinators, and future leaders through succession planning.
• Build partnerships with branch managers, sales, project management, customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Guide product selection, substitutions, and pricing on key projects.
• Use financial and market insight to identify risks and drive profitable growth.
• Ensure safety, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
