Job summary

Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) seeks a Regional Manager to lead fundraising, donor engagement, community outreach, and regional operations. Working under national strategies and with the Zonal Manager, you will build relationships across the region and guide staff and volunteers toward shared goals.

You will develop and implement regional fundraising plans, cultivate donors, and establish partnerships with community organizations.

Qualifications

Experience in fundraising, donor stewardship, and community partnerships.
Strong communication and public-speaking skills.
Proven team leadership, volunteer development, planning and organization.
Sound judgment, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and financial accountability.
Familiarity with CRM and data-management tools (Virtuous, HHDIS, Field Ops helpful).
Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional fundraising plans to meet revenue targets.
Cultivate and steward donors through communications, visits, events, and follow-ups.
Build partnerships with Islamic centers, community organizations, schools, and corporations.
Represent HHRD at community events and deliver program appeals.
Recruit, support, and develop volunteers; coach regional staff.
Oversee regional budgets and operations; support disaster fundraising as needed.
