Job summary

Accelevation LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Fulfillment Manager to plan and oversee regional fulfillment, ensuring staff readiness, material availability, and timely delivery for construction projects. You will align with Project Managers and Operations leadership to forecast needs, manage procurement, and optimize warehouse performance.

The role emphasizes leading a fulfillment team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing safety and process improvements across the region.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–6 years in warehouse operations, inventory or supply chain management.
Experience leading warehouse or material fulfillment teams preferred.
Experience supporting multiple concurrent construction projects or sites.
Strong understanding of inventory controls, forecasting, and replenishment.
Proven ability to translate project schedules into material plans.

Responsibilities

Lead warehouse and material fulfillment operations across the region.
Coordinate with Project Managers and field leadership on schedules and material requirements.
Manage ordering, replenishment, and distribution of materials and tools.
Develop regional material forecasts based on project plans and lead times.
Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and inventory controls.
Establish fulfillment schedules and priorities aligned with milestones.
Monitor inventory levels and minimize shortages and waste.
Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and safety.
