Job summary

Therapy Partners Group, a family of physical therapy and wellness brands, is seeking a Regional Office Manager in Ventura, CA. You will train and support the authorizations team and PCC staff, focusing on improving patient experience and service culture.

You will coach front office teams, manage daily operations, and work with Clinical Operations to meet dashboards and payroll needs. Travel and weekend work may be required to support clinics within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years management in healthcare intake/front office with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Facing Administrative Teams.
• Develop training for front line patient facing teams.
• Audit adherence to workflows and SOPs.
• Train and coach front office staff to provide exceptional service.
• Oversee scheduling, time and attendance; ensure payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with RCM to review denials and improve processes.
• Lead regional initiatives and support new acquisitions.
