Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or criminal justice preferred; four years of criminal justice experience.
• Master's degree can substitute for one year of experience.
• Professional experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional oversight of community-based forensic services.
• Deliver training on forensic statutes and practices; promote evidence-based services.
• Lead regional and statewide forensic operations; ensure policy adherence and best practices.
• Foster relations with courts, law enforcement, and treatment facilities to enable least restrictive pathways.
• Collect and analyze regional data; prepare reports to support leadership decisions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or criminal justice
