Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a High School Diploma with 11 years of experience is required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• 7+ years Florida Dependency Child Welfare experience required.
• 5+ years Florida Community Based Care Lead Agency, Dependency Child Welfare Case Management, Child Protective Investigations or Foster Home Licensing experience required.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to Circuit Community Development Administrators (CCDA).
• Ensure oversight and coordination of community engagement and resource implementation within the Region.
• Review performance metrics and coordinate service delivery improvements with operations and program offices.
• Oversee CBC contracts compliance and conduct case reviews in high-need situations as needed.
• Support adoption negotiations and monitor related goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
