Job summary

Sysco in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote products and services and build relationships with new and existing accounts within a defined territory including Wisconsin Rapids and Stevens Point. The role demands flexibility, occasional non-traditional hours, and a focus on profitable growth.

You will develop new business, support customers with product solutions, coordinate deliveries, and participate in regional promotions, with training and advancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED with 3 years Restaurant Management or outside sales experience.
• Bi-Lingual is preferred (spanish/other languages considered).
• Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, Chef experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts and minimize lost business to achieve profitable growth.
• Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and offer a mix of products and services to meet them.
• Evaluate market trends and advise customers on products, pricing and availability.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events as needed.
• Manage deliveries to routing schedules and troubleshoot order issues.
• Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training; assist with new employee training.
