29th Street Property Management is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to assist Community Managers with leasing and occupancy across properties in the Atlanta region. The role also supports marketing efforts to improve customer experience and property performance in sales and leasing.

Key duties include showing units, processing applications, and ensuring leases and deposits are completed before keys are issued.

Qualifications

• Educational degree not required.
• At least one year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy at properties.
• Showings, applications, and lease processing for current and future units.
• Coordinate marketing and resident relations to improve occupancy and performance.
• Conduct open houses, property surveys, and resident communications.
• Support compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and related laws.
