Henry Ford Health Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Grand Blanc area to join the regional float pool. The role involves direct patient care across multiple units, with days and nights shifts and flexible scheduling to meet staffing needs.

You will assess patients, implement care plans, and collaborate with a diverse healthcare team. The position requires Michigan RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and 3 years of related experience, with opportunities to gain varied clinical exposure across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; required graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
• 3 years of recent, related clinical nursing experience in your area of practice (required).
• Willingness to float to multiple locations and adapt to diverse clinical settings (required).
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing (required).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across units, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify potential complications or changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Demonstrate flexibility and clinical judgment by rapidly orienting to different units within the float pool.
