Mercy Regional Float Pool seeks experienced Registered Nurses to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care across adult/geriatric populations. This part-time night-shift role involves working across Mercy St.

Louis and surrounding communities, with opportunities for collaboration and ongoing learning. Requirements include a current RN license (state or compact) and at least two years bedside experience; BLS & NRP are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact license.
• Two years of bedside RN experience (preferred Epic experience).
• BLS & NRP certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Provide care across Mercy’s Regional Float Pool across multiple hospitals.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Contribute to continuous learning and quality improvement initiatives.

Formation

Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
