Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the Regional Float Pool across St. Louis area hospitals. This part-time, night-shift role involves contributing to care across multiple Mercy facilities and patient populations, with opportunities for professional growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BSN preferred.
• Two years of recent bedside RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Provide patient care across multiple Mercy facilities as part of the Regional Float Pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and maintain high standards of nursing practice.
