Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool. You will provide bedside nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, float across Mercy St. Louis facilities, and support diverse care teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least two years of bedside RN experience, an active RN license (state or compact), and BLS/NRP certifications. Night shifts with a competitive sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Minimum of two years of bedside RN experience.
• BLS & NRP certifications required to start.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Float between Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region as part of the Regional Float Pool.
• Follow nursing standards and collaborate with care teams to ensure safe, effective outcomes.
