Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Regional Float Pool Patient Care Assistant within the Summit Team. This role supports patient care across multiple facilities in the Puget Sound and Capital Pacific Regions, offering variety and collaboration while aligning with our mission and values.

You will work with diverse nursing teams, experience daily variety, and help deliver compassionate, high-quality care wherever you’re needed most. A strong interpersonal approach and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of patient care experience in an acute hospital setting, or one year in a local float pool.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Washington.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Valid WA driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care as directed by RN/physician.
• Assist with dressing changes, data gathering, documentation and vital signs.
• Demonstrate service-oriented attitude, professional integrity, and sound decision-making.
• Prioritize and apply organization and flexibility to duties.
