Job summary
MultiCare Health System is seeking an experienced RN to join our regional nursing float pool, supporting flexible, expert care across the Puget Sound and Capital Pacific Regions. This Summit Team RN role offers diverse experiences, collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities for growth in a systemwide staffing model.
You will work in a tiered, cluster-based model with opportunities to move across Critical Care, Acute Care, ED, Women’s Services, and PACU areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or completed within five years of hire
- MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP advanced degree preferred
- Current WA RN license or MLS
- BLS certification; ACLS for Critical Care/ED
- Three years of nursing experience required
- Local float pool experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
- Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families and staff
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care for diverse patient backgrounds
