Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Regional Float Pool Patient Care Assistant to support nursing across multiple facilities in the Puget Sound and Capital Pacific Regions. This role involves 12-hour shifts (Nights, Variable, Days) with self-scheduling for most schedules and every other weekend required.

Qualifications

• Three years of patient care experience in an acute hospital setting or one year in a local float pool.
• Current Washington State CNA certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider card.
• Valid Washington driver's license with a safe driving record.
