FTE:.9, Shift: Days, Schedule: 12 hour shifts. Self-schedule. Every other weekend required.
The Regional Float Pool Patient Care Assistant role within The Summit Team is an excellent opportunity to support comprehensive health care services for patients and families while contributing to a flexible, regional staffing model. As a member of MultiCare’s regional float pool, you’ll assist the care team within the scope of nursing practices across multiple facilities in the Puget Sound and Capital Pacific Regions. This position is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills who want to explore a healthcare career while enjoying variety and collaboration.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $22.64 - $34.46 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
