Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a PCT/CNA-Float to provide safe basic care including vitals, ADLs assistance, specimen collection, and patient observation. You may float across hospitals in the I-80 region to meet department needs.

Qualified candidates are CNA-certified with CPR/BLS, plus HS diploma/GED; 6 months clinical healthcare experience preferred. This is an hourly position with a 3rd shift differential.

Qualifications

• CNA-Certified Nurses Assistant required.
• CPR/BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Experience in clinical healthcare desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe basic care, take vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, collect specimens, and observe patient changes.
• Document information in patient charts and communicate with the Patient Care Team to ensure continuity of care.
• May float to various hospitals and departments in the I-80 region.
