Job summary

UCNT is seeking a Regional Float Certified Medical Assistant to rotate across multiple clinics in the DFW region. You will provide clinical and administrative support under physicians and APPs, ensuring smooth patient flow from arrival to discharge.

The ideal candidate is flexible, cross-trained, and able to adapt quickly to different clinic layouts and provider preferences. Travel is a key aspect of the role, with assignments announced by the regional manager.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant credential or CMA certification.
• Experience in urology or specialty clinics preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between clinics in the DFW region.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned UCNT clinics within the region as needed.
• Support clinics with patient flow and provider coverage.
• Document patient interactions and prescriptions in the EHR.
• Maintain aseptic techniques and manage equipment as required.
• Coordinate with clinic leadership to standardize workflows.
