Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking an experienced LPN for a full-time night-shift role across multiple Saint Louis region facilities. The position supports adult/geriatric patients with standardized nursing care plans and requires LPN licensure in the hiring state.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of bedside LPN experience in Med-Surg and may have Epic EMR experience. Competitive sign-on, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state.
• Minimum 1 year bedside LPN experience in Med Surg; 2 years for ED/ICU or other specialties.
• Certifications: Med Surg requires BLS; CC requires BLS/ACLS; ED requires BLS/ACLS/PALS; IV certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care across designated units.
• Float between Mercy facilities across the St. Louis region as part of the Regional Float Pool.
• Provide safe, quality patient care aligned with nursing standards and policies.
