Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool LPN in the East Region invites a dedicated nurse to float between multiple hospitals within the St. Louis area. This part-time night-shift role emphasizes bedside care and flexibility.

The position requires an active LPN license, 1 year of bedside experience, IV certification, and BLS (ACLS/PALS as applicable). Epic experience is preferred and a commitment to growth is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Must maintain current LPN license in the hiring state.
• One year of bedside LPN experience; two years for ED/ICU/etc.
• IV certification is required; BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float between Mercy facilities in the East Region.
• Provide care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and other units as needed.
