LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois. You will float across 12 hospitals, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, care planning, and patient advocacy.

You will promote safety and quality using evidence-based practice, collaborate with interprofessional teams, and mentor colleagues to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years ED RN experience, trauma/float preferred.
• Missouri RN license; ability to obtain Illinois license.
• Willingness to travel between facilities.
• Education: ADN, BSN, or MSN; TNCC certification a plus.
• BLS certification required.

Join a system-wide Central Staffing Office (CSO) as a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) and provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois.

In this role, you will float across 12 hospitals, practicing exclusively in the Emergency Department with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, care planning, and patient advocacy. Responsibilities include promoting patient safety and quality, utilizing evidence-based practice, and collaborating with interprofessional teams to deliver holistic, culturally sensitive care. You will also mentor colleagues and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years ED RN experience, with trauma and float experience preferred
• Current RN license in Missouri; ability to obtain Illinois license
• Willingness to travel between facilities
• Strong adaptability, confidence, and commitment to patient-family-centered care
• Education: ADN, BSN, or MSN; TNCC certification is a plus
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Participating in activities that ensure safety, quality, and compliance
• Applying nursing standards and developing individualized care plans
• Leading and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and effective communication skills
