Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois (excluding children’s hospitals). You will work three 12-hour night shifts with flexible start times, supporting 11 hospitals, and rotating weekends and holidays.

This role offers system-wide exposure, professional growth, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years ED RN experience required.
• Trauma/float experience preferred.
• Current MO RN license; ability to obtain IL license.
• Willingness to travel between MO and IL facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in ED with assessment, diagnosis, planning and interventions.
• Apply evidence-based practice and standards to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families and healthcare teams to tailor care plans.

Qualifications:
