LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Regional Float ED RN to provide high-quality emergency care across Missouri and Illinois. You will float among 12 hospitals in medical, surgical, and telemetry units, exclusively in the emergency department.

Role includes night shifts with rotating weekends/holidays, travel between facilities, and opportunities for growth with competitive pay and per-diem mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ED RN experience; trauma and float experience preferred.
• Missouri RN license; ability to obtain Illinois RN license.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel between facilities; training will be provided.
• Night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and care planning.

Join a Central Staffing Office as a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois (excluding Children’s Hospital). This role involves floats across 12 hospitals within medical, surgical, and telemetry units, exclusively practicing in the emergency department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and care planning based on nursing expertise and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize leadership skills to advocate, coordinate, and collaborate with patients, families, and interprofessional teams.
• Apply clinical knowledge to develop and implement individualized care plans considering diverse human responses.
• Communicate effectively to educate patients and families, fostering informed and compassionate decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2+ years ED RN experience (trauma and float experience preferred).
• Current Missouri RN license; ability to obtain Illinois RN license.

• Educational requirements include ADN, BSN, or MSN; TNCC certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel between facilities; participation in initial training required.
